Giacomo L. DeLuca, our founder and CEO, began his journey in his native Italy, working alongside his father in their family excavation and construction business. Seeking greater opportunities, Giacomo made the bold decision to immigrate to America, arriving with limited English skills and modest resources but carrying with him an invaluable inheritance: a profound understanding of construction fundamentals and an unwavering work ethic.

In his early days in America, Giacomo secured employment with a friend in the construction industry. During this time, he made a personal commitment to master the art of masonry. For five years, he dedicated himself completely to his craft, working tirelessly and studying every aspect of the trade—meticulously examining each brick laid and every stone placed. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence became the hallmarks of his work.
